I struggled to adjust the temperature, and it would often go from lukewarm to scalding hot without warning. the water pressure was disappointingly low, making it impossible to enjoy a proper shower. I also found the location confusing and hard to find—more signage is desperately needed for taxi drivers. These issues really overshadowed what could have been a fantastic stay.

We really enjoyed swimming in the afternoon after a long day of exploring Sanur. The atmosphere was enhanced by the palm trees and the pretty pool area. it made us feel like we were in our own private paradise.

We just loved our stay in the One-Bedroom Villa, where the lush greenery surrounding our private space created an atmosphere of complete relaxation. The breakfast was a real treat, with a fresh selection that was cooked to perfection. The daily complimentary afternoon tea and attentive service made us feel pampered throughout our stay. One small improvement could be providing more dessert options on the menu, as we only noticed gelato available.

Loved the complimentary 15-minute massage and tasty afternoon tea. Clean towels would be great.
